Calling All Paddling Enthusiasts!

If, like me, you are eager to explore Michigan’s waterways by powering your own boat, be it a canoe or kayak, you won’t want to miss today’s 2:00 presentation by Jeff “Doc” Fletcher here at the Dahlem Center!

This program ($3/person, free to Dahlem members) will highlight some of Doc’s recent paddles not only in Michigan, but also some of Wisconsin.  It will cover paddle routes, locations, and some of the history of the little towns along the way.  He will also have copies of his books available for purchase and signing.

I know I’ll be here with my notepad in hand – I’m always on the look-out for places to take my Spitfire.  I hope to see some of you fellow paddlers here, too!

About Dahlem Center

The Dahlem Center is a non-profit nature center/environmental education center located on almost 300 acres just south of the city of Jackson, Michigan. The Center is one arm of the Dahlem Conservancy, which includes land conservancy and stewardship in its mission.
