The Dahlem Conservancy is a non-profit environmental organization located on nearly 300 acres just south of Jackson, Michigan. The organization has three branches: The Dahlem Center, which focuses on nature/environmental education; the Dahlem Ecology Farm, which teaches about organic gardening and natural bee keeping; and land conservancy/stewardship.
The Dahlem Center is free and open to the public year round. The five miles of trails are available for walking and nature appreciation from dawn to dusk every day. The exhibit space and gift shop are open Tuesdays – Fridays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Sundays Noon – 5:00 PM. The building is closed on Mondays and major holidays.
